Tips For Perfect Swimwear

If you’re going swimwear shopping, you’d better make sure your body is as bikini-ready as it can be! But even if it isn’t, there are still plenty of ways for you to look great in a swimsuit. Here are some great solutions for just a few of the most common body type issues.

Got a small top?
You can boost its appearance by wearing bikini tops with underwires and padding. You can also create the illusion of a bigger bust by choosing brightly patterned tops. Bikini tops are perfect for you rather than wearing one-piece suits because the latter will just flatten you.
Got a big top?
Halters can provide great support. Make sure you go with adjustable ones for a better fit. One-piece swimsuits with built-in foam cups or padding can also help lift up the girls.
Got wide shoulders?
Play up the bottom part of your body by highlighting it with bright colors and bold patterns. Wider shoulder straps and square necklines can also minimize the appearance of your shoulders.
Got a big bottom?
Balance it with patterned tops. Drawing the eye to the top half of your body will lessen the attention to the lower part.
Got a big belly?
Look for control-top swimsuits with a special panel that help reduce the appearance of your tummy. If you’re bent on being in a two-piece, look for halter tops that will fall just above your bikini bottom.
No waistline?
You can experiment with belted swimwear that will give your waist some definition or you can even slip on one-piece suits that are cinched in at the waist.

If you’re the modest kind, you might want to take a look at tankinis or slip on some board shorts.
